Class Questions

Do I need to have skateboard experience to take a Skate-Everything School lesson?


No, you are not required to have previous skateboarding experience to take our lessons.




What age do you currently teach?


We currently teach children and adults.Ages 5 and up




Where are classes held?


The Skate-Everything School team coaches in various locations across New York City listed below: Central Park West 110th Street/Lenox Ave. Central Park West 100th Street Central Park Naumburg Bandshell Jefferson Skate Park River Ave Skate Park Macombs Dam Park. Prospect Park 15th Street Entrance Stroud Playground Astoria Skate Park




Are skate-park visits included in packages?


Each S.E.S. package is tailored to the client. Ask a team member about scheduling a skate park session during the duration of your package.




Who will be my instructor? ​


Our Chief-Coach (and founder) O'Neal covers most of our sessions around the city. We also currently have a small team of two additional instructors who predominantly coaches in Queens and Brooklyn.





Group Lessons

Can I book group session for my child and another parent's child?


Yes. Please visit our 'Group Sessions' page or email info@skateeverythingschool.com and member of the S.E.S. team will be in touch with you. Keep in mind due to COVID-19, we can only accomodate groups up to 4 participants.




Can I book a group class for myself and my family?


Yes we currently offer mixed group lessons for youth and adults. Please specificy how many adults and youths are in your group in your request form or email.





Safety Questions

Do I need my own protective gear?


If you have your own protective gear, it is mandatory to bring and wear for each session. Protective gear includes knee pads, elbow pad and helmet. Flat sneakers are encouraged for comfort and safety.




What COVID-19 safety precautions are you taking?


All instructors are equipped with first aid kits, hand sanitizer, and cleaning products for equipment. Participants are also required to complete a COVID-19 waiver to participate in lessons.

How do I get in touch with someone from Skate-Everything School?


To contact us for more information about scheduling classes or any other requests, please email info@skateeverythingschool.com and a member of our team will get back to you within 24-72 hours.




What if I need to reschedule or cancel?


Rescheduling is always possible!! We understand that life happens. We ask that you need to reschedule a scheduled lesson that you email us at least two to three days ahead of your scheduled session. We understand that emergencies occur, and if an urgent matters and you can't make it to your lesson, please email us at least 8 hours prior.
