Fall Youth After School Skateboarding

Service Description

Join our coaches for our ten-week after-school skateboard program at Riverside Skate Park. Sessions begin on September 11 and run weekly through November. Group session slots are limited and are for youth skaters ages five and up. Youth skateboarders of all levels are welcome to join our after-school groups. Our team of skilled coaches is experienced in coaching youth of all skill levels, and tailoring our curriculum to a variety of learning styles. Whether you're new to SES or have been skateboarding with us for semesters at a time, you'll have fun participating in our group sessions. Currently, SES lessons are held outdoors. In the event of rain, lessons will be postponed for our next scheduled time slot. See below for after-school skateboarding semester dates: Monday, September 11, 2023 Monday, September 18, 2023 Monday, September 25, 2023 Monday, October 2, 2023 Monday, October 9, 2023 Monday, October 16, 2023 Monday, October 23, 2023 Monday, October 30, 2023 Monday, November 6, 2023 Monday, November 13, 2023 During our ten-week program, parents and youth skateboarders can expect: -Stretches, group ice-breakers -Skateboard basics and fundamentals -Board anatomy -Skateboard drills and exercises -Group activities and games -Themed weeks (lessons tailored to various skate disciplines such as dancing, longboarding, commuting, etc.) -End-of-program skateboard tournament

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled class time. Classes canceled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
